Captured in Progress shows the construction of a tied-back, steel-reinforced shotcrete seawall. It was constructed at an oceanfront property in San Luis Obispo County. The wall was necessary to prevent the collapse of a sea cave and subsequent failure of the upper bluff, which would have threatened an existing residence above.
